TOPICS ARE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!

ACCOMMODATIONS for Testing
Students who have Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 plans may be eligible for accommodations on standardized tests. Both the ACT and College Board (PSAT, SAT and AP tests) require a special application process to possibly test with accommodations such as extra time. You cannot sign up on-line or through the regular paper application process and get accommodations. Please contact Mrs. Schindler in B222 at least six weeks before you wish to test with accommodations.

ACT (scroll down to access ACT link below)
The next national test date is February 9. This test is for seniors who wish to take the ACT to improve their score for a scholarship or for ESL students who do not have a regular ACT from the PSAE. Regular registration was due by January5, 2010. You may register online at http://www.actstudent.org using a credit card or use a paper application available in the Assessment Center, B222. For an additional $21 late registration will be accepted from January 6 - 15, 2010. If you wish to take this test but have missed the late registration deadline you may go standby by paying an additional $41 over the cost of the test. You would need to fill out a paper application and place it in the envelope along with your check. This is then brought with you to the testing center.

ACT (+ Writing) Test Prep - Classes are held on 6 Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon on 3/6, 3/13, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17 and 4/24.
